A new ABA therapy provider built from over a decade of experience in the field. Simply put, we’ve seen what works and learned from how to provide better services. We are a clinically led ABA company that places client progress over profit and emotional intelligence at the forefront of all we do. Why? Because we know when you treat your team and clients with respect, clients make growth, team members feel valued and appreciated, and companies grow as sustainable solutions for client care through their graduation.
We provide both in home, in clinic (5509 Belmont Road, Downers Grove, IL) as well as blended (in home and in clinic) based ABA therapy.
Currently, we are servicing ages 2-18. We are working on expanding the age range in the near future, so keep an eye out for updates on this! We have great referrals for ages 18 and above.
We are a small business with a focus on functional expansion; in other words, our goal is to expand with a focus on the families we provide care to, our commitment to continuity of care, and to provide services that are efficient and meaningful. Our initial team includes a full-time BCBA with over a decade of experience providing therapy at all levels. We also require that all behavior therapists are registered or currently pursuing their registration.
No. For the currently accepted health insurance plans we do not have a waitlist for clinic or home based ABA services. This is subject to change, reach out for up to date timing!
We were founded by a BCBA whose mission is to do ABA better. We're not backed by private equity and are driven by the growth of our clients. Perhaps most important for you, there is a dedicated person to reach out to when needed. We understand therapy isn’t just for one client but the family and therapy doesn’t end when a session does. We’re available from the start of care through our client’s graduation from services.
We also place a great amount of importance on emotional intelligence in how we work with clients, the families we serve and our fellow team members. We feel that this emotionally intelligent forward approach creates a more sustainable company.
We believe in providing care in the format that best serves the client. In other words, we see the benefit of both models and we utilize both in our treatments as it is recommended. Behavior therapists are fully in-person; telehealth is only adapted for BCBA services. For those families that we see a need for increased in-person BCBA support, we offer more in-person sessions; alternatively, for those that may benefit from both, we cater to that also. Most importantly, therapy is individualized, one size does NOT fit all.
We want to be a place that our therapists can grow their career and more importantly grow with us.
While we cannot promise any particular team member will stay, we do promise to treat them the way we would like to be treated. We've found that team members stay when they are respected and treated with dignity. Happy care teams lead to better client outcomes and that's something we can stand by.
We recognize that if we cannot provide meaningful care to your family that we will work with you to find a provider that fits your family's needs. We are with you all the way...even if that means we have to say goodbye!
At this time, no - but we have big plans! Check back soon!
