Intake Process:
Vilij will gather information from parent/ caregiver. Documents will also be collected for verification of benefits (VOB). Once Vilij receives the VOB from the family’s insurance, the family will be notified and an in-person assessment will be scheduled.
In Person Assessment:
Vilij will schedule a formal assessment. The BCBA will conduct a direct assessment which will identify how we can best serve your child and family. Once the BCBA has completed the report, the BCBA will present the results of the assessment and propose goals identified during the assessment.
Introduction To Services:
The scheduler will send the family an introduction to services email introducing members of your individual clinical care team. A virtual meet and greet will be set up so the family can be introduced to the full clinical team.
Services Begin: Weekly direct services begin with your designated registered behavior technician (RBT) and ongoing support and supervision from your board certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
The clinician will provide support to therapists working directly with children (e.g., providing feedback, training on programs, and more).
Therapists provide direct support and services to children.
The clinician will provide support to parents/caregivers with agreed upon goals, and other areas that parents/caregivers need.
Your clinical team will work together with you and family representatives to advocate for needed services.
